Formed in Boston, Massachusetts, Vanna quickly became a standout name in the metalcore scene with their blend of melodic vocals, chaotic energy, and crushing heaviness. Drawing influence from bands like As I Lay Dying, Norma Jean, and Every Time I Die, the band signed with Epitaph Records less than a year after forming.
Vanna released their debut EP, The Search Party Never Came, in 2006 and quickly built a passionate following through relentless touring and explosive live performances. Over the years, the band released several acclaimed albums including Curses (2007), A New Hope (2009), And They Came Baring Bones (2011), The Few and the Far Between (2013), Void (2014), and All Hell (2016).
Known for seamlessly shifting between soaring melodies and aggressive intensity, Vanna became a defining force in the post-hardcore and metalcore world throughout the late 2000s and 2010s. Now, fans can celebrate the 20th anniversary of The Search Party Never Came with a special live performance revisiting the EP that started it all.
